This single origin offering comes to you from the farm of Santa Teresa de Mogoton. This small farm is located on the northern border of Nicaragua and Honduras. Dense pine forests and interplanted pine trees provide shade for coffee, casting dark shadows over the deep green leaves of the coffee trees, giving Santa Teresa de Mogoton a quiet, spectral atmosphere. The nutrient rich soil gives this coffee very specific notes of pomegranate, molasses, and dark chocolate.
