We decided to spend an afternoon at Dry Rocks exploring the iconic river spot and taking in our beautiful city. Whether you're a Richmond native or not, the James River should be something you experience. As you look around you see the ultra smooth rocks either untouched or littered with graffiti. Some of the visitors like to leave their mark. Nustled in-between are knobby debris, flowers trying to peak through, and broken glass glittering in the sun. Cut to the little streams of rippling water that make you almost want to dip in. We have some of the best gear for a river day and at the very least want to inspire you to get outdoors and experience the mercy of nature.
